This years Old Pueblo 50 Mile Endurance Run had its largest field of runners ever. 
Again many ultrarunners from around the country came out to run in one of the most 
scenic areas in Southern Arizona. The recent snowstorm made the mountain views 
even more spectacular than previous years. In the Men's race late entry Art 
Bourque faired very well at the end of the race finishing first followed by Josh 
Mclaughlin and Vic Rudolph. Josh was in the lead for most of the race and showed 
great sportsmanship when he helped Art get back on the course. The women's run 
was very competitive, but in the end Ruth Zollinger finished first followed by 
Pam Reed and Honey Albrecht. Pam missed a turn between 40 and 46 miles that may 
have ultimately cost her the women's lead. Thanks to all the volunteers who gave 
so generously of their time to make this year's run a success. Special thanks
